- A replacement will be issued only if the product is damaged and not in a usable condition upon arrival and/or if the wrong item was delivered.
- Once a replacement is approved by our team, a new product will be dispatched. If the desired product is unavailable, you can:
- 1. Choose an alternative product of similar value
- 2. Receive a coupon code against the price of the product
- 3. Opt for the refund of the said amount
2. Order Returns
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
3. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for free of cost.
- Once an order has been processed, shipped or dispatched cancellations are not permitted.
- To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team promptly.
4. Order Refunds
- Refunds are available exclusively for products that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and other details of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
