2. Transaction Security
- All payments on UnikBasket.com are processed through Razorpay’s secure gateway with end-to-end encryption to protect your financial information.
- We do not store your credit/debit card or UPI details on our servers. Your payment credentials remain private and secure with Razorpay.
3. Failed Transactions
- If your payment fails, please try the following:
- Ensure that your internet connection is stable.
- Verify that your payment details are correct.
- Try using an alternative payment method.
- If the issue persists, please contact our support team for assistance.
4. Refunds on Failed Transactions
- In case of a deducted payment for a failed transaction, the refund will be automatically processed by Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
- If you do not receive a refund within this period, please reach out to your bank or contact our support team.
