We partner with Shiprocket, which works with leading third-party courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and others to ensure reliable delivery across India.

2. Shipping Location

We offer India-wide shipping. However, certain remote areas may be restricted for delivery. If your location falls within a restricted zone, our team will contact you regarding the next steps.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Free Shipping is available on orders above INR (*)
A shipping fee of INR (*) is applicable on orders below the free shipping threshold.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during check out.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS notification with your tracking details.
You can track your order via the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.

7. Order Delay & Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact our customer support team.
In case of any delivery issues or failed attempts, our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package.
